Input Conventions
Give the Name of the Institution in the form provided in this List.
Sub-Location holds the name of the division of the holding library if there is any.
Give the full Shelfmark in order to ensure that the copy can unambigiously be identified.
Give the Country of the holding institution as a 2-letter code from the ISO 3166 code list.
Add notes related to the shelfmark if necessary.
